Reading this, keep in mind we are europeans and Had all inclusive booking. When i write locals i mean not europeans. So. Dont even know where to start. Hotell is okay. Its clean and close to the city. But.. the room had a linen that was so old and worn that it was scratching skin. Something that you dont want after a bit of sunburn. Also they wont give you new waterbottles. There are two in your room and you have to keep them and have them refilled. No new ones. We asked barman for water, he demanded 2 dollars for it. Its a bit odd for a 4 star hotel. There is absolutely No WiFi anywhere. There is written IT should be in public areas but only place is reception, indoors and its not very good. So food. Be ready to eat the same thing every morning. When you ask for little food staff is putting still A horrible amount of food on your plate, it is offending to them if you dont want tonnes of food and one staff member even showed me with his hands to gain some weight. There are A lot of locals in that hotel, men ignore white woman in line, be ready to be nobody. They Will stand in front of you and get served first too. Also local women love to take bread, (they eat it, steal it) they go throught everyone to touch all the breads to Find softest. We saw A lady to drop bread on the ground and put it back. Feeding time is A zoo Drinks. There is no wine but there is beer, which im sure is mixed with water. At least in pool area.First i thougt maybe the bottle was opened many hours ago and that is why IT tastes funny but next one was same. We asked him to open new one and it dint even made sound like opening real beer. No gas, Notting.. I really like Egiptian Stella but IT was not stella. Soooo we bribed the barman and got normal beer on our stay... Be ready to get the looks from locals when you sunbathe next to them, by women and by men. They wear full clothing and are not afraid to show their thoughts about bikini. There are busses to take you to beach.

The room is large and nice. Two large swimming pools. Two beach locations, both are very nice one with sandy beach and one on a cliff.

The food wasn't as good as before. No kettle or facilities to make tea or coffee in the room

Nous sommes arrivés à 11:45 de le 6 de janvier j'ai avait fait des reservation a mon nom et plus quand je suis arrivée avec mes amis dans les installations del hôtel m'ont dit que il ne avait pas de réservation et de plus l'heure que je suis arrivée ne peut pas être héberger je dois de rester dehors tout le reste de la nuit o prendre le risque de retourner tard à le Cairo....merci Angelica Ramirez

Плюсы: 1 - номер просторный и чистый 2 - горячая вода в душе была

Минусы: 1 - бассейн с очень слабым подогревом, вода холодная, купаться не смогли 2 - чайника в номере нет, принесли только после скандала, хотя до этого весь день кормили завтраками 3 - вайфая в номерах нет, на территории отеля тоже, ловит только на ресепшене (идти туда километр) и то только на ближайших диванах 4 - воду не приносили ни разу, покупали 5-литровую в магазине 5 - шампуней и геля для душа - тоже ничего не было 6 - ужин скудный - подойдёт для аскетов 7 - теннисный корт (из-за которого и бронировали отель) с ужасным покрытием, мячи улетают за бетон, доставать неудобно и дали всего 2 8 - вокруг отеля полнейшая разруха - все магазины закрыты, только на центральной улице что-то есть 9 - вопросами «Вы из Украины?» со всех сторон приводили нас с подругой в бешенство.

Русскоязычный персонал отеля очень приветливый и заботливый, но к сожалению этого не хватает...

Мы решили сэкономить 10$ в ночь и взять этот отель. Это была огромная ошибка. в отели проживают две категории людей- местные и русскоязычные( украинцы, беларусы, русские).... местным -на обед выделяют отдельный крытый ресторан, где выбор гораздо больше.....русскоязычные обедую на открытом воздухе и на выбор только холодная пища ужасного качества..состоящая из холодной курицы, холодной картошкой и пару помидорок..я не смог это все кушать...ужин был тоже не вкуссным, выбора никакого. Думаю в мотели кормят лучше...В ванной душ сломанный, напор воды как из лейки...отель максимум 2**, 4* не соответсвует!!!....даже 2* я бы этому отелю не дал...

الناس اكتر من رائعة بشوشين جدا لكن للاسف كان فى تجديد فى الفندق مش استفدنا من الاكوا بارك
