Clean room, awesome multiracial music by the pool, thums up for DJ And evening show belly and fire dancer.

Reading this, keep in mind we are europeans and Had all inclusive booking. When i write locals i mean not europeans. So. Dont even know where to start. Hotell is okay. Its clean and close to the city. But.. the room had a linen that was so old and worn that it was scratching skin. Something that you dont want after a bit of sunburn. Also they wont give you new waterbottles. There are two in your room and you have to keep them and have them refilled. No new ones. We asked barman for water, he demanded 2 dollars for it. Its a bit odd for a 4 star hotel. There is absolutely No WiFi anywhere. There is written IT should be in public areas but only place is reception, indoors and its not very good. So food. Be ready to eat the same thing every morning. When you ask for little food staff is putting still A horrible amount of food on your plate, it is offending to them if you dont want tonnes of food and one staff member even showed me with his hands to gain some weight. There are A lot of locals in that hotel, men ignore white woman in line, be ready to be nobody. They Will stand in front of you and get served first too. Also local women love to take bread, (they eat it, steal it) they go throught everyone to touch all the breads to Find softest. We saw A lady to drop bread on the ground and put it back. Feeding time is A zoo Drinks. There is no wine but there is beer, which im sure is mixed with water. At least in pool area.First i thougt maybe the bottle was opened many hours ago and that is why IT tastes funny but next one was same. We asked him to open new one and it dint even made sound like opening real beer. No gas, Notting.. I really like Egiptian Stella but IT was not stella. Soooo we bribed the barman and got normal beer on our stay... Be ready to get the looks from locals when you sunbathe next to them, by women and by men. They wear full clothing and are not afraid to show their thoughts about bikini. There are busses to take you to beach.

The room is large and nice. Two large swimming pools. Two beach locations, both are very nice one with sandy beach and one on a cliff.

The food wasn't as good as before. No kettle or facilities to make tea or coffee in the room

It was a beautiful place except some little things i won't mention them Thank you

My advice is to change the hotel chef ,please

I found cockroach in my plate during eating dinner on my 3rd day of stay.

Restaurant Manager couldn't do enough for us despite us cutting our week at the hotel short, he had omelettes and grilled chicken made especially for us. Cleaning staff helpful along with the Manager after our earlier problems. Good walk down to Naama. Have stayed here before for NYE 2009 and had the same problem with initial room offered.

Emailed the hotel informing them of our early morning arrival 0430 (travel time 12 hours). Reception couldn't find booking and then gave us a small room on first floor at the rear of one block (adjacent to slide pool). Room had been slept in with hairs found on the bedsheet. A/C would not work. Given another room which took us another 20 mins to find, slightly bigger although on the same side facing the alleyway. Agreed to stay until following morning, a/c would not cool the room. Finally got to sleep around 0530.. After 3 hours of interrupted sleep, went to reception and spoke with hotel manager. Managed to get a larger room overlooking the second of the pools. Room spacious, clean and maintained. Not a good start to a holiday especially after the long haul and running around early morning.
